We offer shipping within Denmark and internationally.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free delivery on orders over 800 DKK within Denmark, 1000 DKK within the EU, and 1200 DKK for international markets including the UK and Norway.

Customs & duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery responsibility

Once an order has been delivered to the provided address, EIR studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
