Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Store Credit
Returns are primarily issued as store credit. Store credit is issued once the return has been received and inspected.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, for any reason.

In this case, you are entitled to a refund to your original payment method, provided the item meets the return conditions.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@eirstudio.dk within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as EIR studio is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.

Customs
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Responsibility
EIR studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
